In this role, you’ll be part of our European HR team and the Global Total Rewards team, supporting colleagues and managers across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, the UK, and Italy. Every day will bring variety, challenges, and the chance to make a real impact on people’s working lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the “front door” of HR: partnering with employees, managers, and teams to provide support and guidance.
- Helping us find and welcome great talent: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, supporting offers, and making sure onboarding feels smooth and personal.
- Playing a central role in European Benefits:
- Managing vendors and ensuring compliance
- Reviewing and improving benefits programs to keep them competitive and effective
- Overseeing pensions, anniversary/service awards, and employee benefits communications
- Providing administrative support for HR activities and Corporate Communications.
- Supporting the Total Rewards team with compensation processes and reporting.
- Diving into HR improvement projects where your ideas can really make a difference.
- Preparing reports and data insights to support decision-making.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of HR experience (or similar) with a solid understanding of HR fundamentals.
- Experience with HRIS systems (a plus) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Great communication skills — you’re approachable, clear, and professional.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and juggle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; Dutch and/or German is a big advantage.
Education, Certifications & Licenses
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field).
