As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Supply Chain Leader plays a critical role in shaping and executing our global supply chain strategy. This position drives operational excellence, digital transformation, and end-to-end performance across manufacturing, logistics, and customer service—ensuring our global network delivers efficiency, reliability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global supply chain strategy, including network design, capital investment planning, and long-term capability building to support business growth and resilience
- Lead integrated supply chain operations across manufacturing, logistics, and customer service, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivery of key performance indicators
- Champion digital transformation, driving adoption of advanced technologies and data-driven tools to enhance supply chain visibility, automation, and agility
- Drive and support transformation and operational excellence initiatives by leading, coaching, or sponsoring cross-functional improvement projects
- Oversee strategic material flow, managing the movement of 220 KT of raw materials across global facilities and third-party partners to ensure continuity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance and stewardship, maintaining high standards in HSE&S, regulatory adherence, and product responsibility
- Own financial planning and performance, including annual budgeting, cost control, and delivery against operational KPIs
- Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth
Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within complex and digital global organizations
- Proven track record of developing strategies, building high-performing teams, and executing successfully
- Experience in chemical, process manufacturing, or similarly complex industries involving both commodity and specialty products
- Expertise in multi-site, multi-regional organizations
- Strong management experience with S&OP and related supply chain functions
- Experience with professional digital systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Transporeon)
- Strong collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
Education, Certifications & Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field required. Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- APIC's certification is a plus
