Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Product grading and release of daily Kraton, and Tolling production – consists of collection of analytical and production data, reviewing analyses, entering data into SAP, and releasing product into proper sales SQRs.
  • Focal point for ML product reclasses (customer SQRs, repackage, downgrade, misc. requests).
  • Restricting product in the region in case a CRM customer complaint case requires this.
  • Prime/non-prime/recycle data entry into the QA database with monthly reporting.
  • Assist Quality Manager in data analysis to support trend analysis and optimization.
  • Support the regional quality manager in the coordination of quality activities across the sites and functions for the polymers and Pine Chemical segments.
  • This is also a hybrid role which means to support supply chain transactions such as creating PO, monitor inventory and logistics SAP operation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of quality, factory or related industrial experience.  
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, WMS, BI and quality systems
  • Experienced in data mining and efficient data reporting, proficiency in EXCEL
  • Knowledge of quality tools, such as, Lean, Value Stream Maps etc.
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities and drive change & improvements.

Education, Certifications & Licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in Production, Quality Assurance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and present information to individuals across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
